Vendors are responsible for maintaining high quality standards. This includes accurate item descriptions, tamper-evident packaging for food and medicine, and ensuring that all listed items are in stock.
SHU Delivery operates on a transparent commission model. Payouts are settled to your designated bank or mobile money account on a cycle that will be specified in your individual merchant dashboard.
Merchants must maintain a preparation time within the platform's target range to ensure timely delivery by our couriers. Repeated delays or order cancellations may affect your store's visibility.
